Search and Selection

To ensure we appoint the right personnel first time we:

  • Search, filter and screen potential applicants from our specially developed software
  • Interview all candidates
  • Job match to candidate profile
  • Verify certificates
  • Obtain and check references
  • Obtain Police checks
  • Ensure country-specific work permits are valid
  • Induct all personnel  prior to commencement of contract

Our Resources

We are proud that many of our personnel remain loyal to HSE Offshore. Where possible, we prefer to supply contractors who have previously worked successfully with us.

We have an extensive database of registered Medics and HSE Advisors. 

Induction Prior to commencement of Contract

All of our personnel are prepared before they leave by attending our thorough induction programme. It gives an important understanding of what our Client expects and gives a specific insight into company ethos and standards.

We cover:

  • Client's company ethos, policies and procedures
  • Specific job functions and requirements
  • Reporting Communication lines/accountability
  • Being proactive and part of the team
  • How to support Incident Investigations

As part of our Quality Management Process:

  • HSE Offshore seeks to be highly responsive and proactive. Our performance is measured through regular Client and Personnel feedback
  • We have regular contact /reviews with our personnel in the field
  • Quality is measured – HSE Offshore is currently aligning its internal processes and procedures to Quality standard ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001
